You can create bots using a @BotFather bot in your Telegram application.
- Open @BotFather
- Type /newbot and follow instructions
- Follow the steps and copy the bot token - you will need it in Zendesk.
- Disable bot group privacy with /setprivacy command if you plan to add the bot to Telegram groups or channel discussions.
- Go to Zendesk ->Admin Center -> Channel apps -> Telegramer -> Add account and paste the bot token
