Install the app from Zendesk marketplace
Choose the Plan and click Start Trial

Step 1

Click Install, Roles and groups restrictions do not work for Channel apps, so you may ignore it.

Step 2

Next, go to Zendesk Admin Center → Apps and Integrations → Channel apps → OAPPS Comments for YouTube

Step 4

Click Accounts tab → Press Add account

Step 5

- Press the Continue with Google button
- Grant required permissions to access your account
- Select the channel, you own and want to connect to Zendesk.
